Shipping
Processing time is approximately 7 business days for your items to be shipped. Boutique style clothing have a longer time frame if the item is not on hand at our shop.
We are not responsible for any packages that are misdelivered or lost.
Returns
Once an item has been purchased, no refunds or cancellations will be issued even if the items have not been shipped. All of our items are made to order so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made. If there is a defect with your item, you must email Sweet and Salty within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes wear and tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep.
Please keep in mind clothing colors and designs may have a slightly different color than what is pictured due to lighting. Each item is handmade so each item may differ slightly.
